For your safety

Use of the restraining bars on the chairlifts is mandatory.
Foot traffic is limited to the base of the Bunny Hill and you must have a walking ticket in this area. A walking ticket is free and can be picked up at reception.
If you wish to walk beside or assist your child without wearing ski or snowboard equipment, you may only do so on or beside the Thunder Snail (100 ft) carpet lift and you must have a Bunny Hill lift ticket. Foot traffic is not permitted on the Sunrunner (300 ft) and Porcupine (500 ft) carpet lifts. Anyone using these two carpet lifts must wear skis or a snowboard and must have at least a Bunny Hill ticket.
Bikes (fat tire, mountain, road, ski) and sliding equipment (toboggans, sleds, trays etc.) are not permitted on the hills.
Pets or service animals are not permitted on the lifts or on the hill. Pets and services animals on a leash are allowed in areas where foot traffic is permitted as long as there is no one in the area who is uncomfortable or allergic to your pet or service animal.

Cold Weather Policy

Our COLD WEATHER policy is that if daytime high temperatures are -25C or colder or our school groups have cancelled for the day due to the cold, the ski hill may close for the day. If temperatures are -15C or colder and our weekday groups have cancelled, then we will be open from 5pm to 9pm. Please check our website and social media to confirm before coming out if temperatures are very cold. The tubing park will close if temperatures are -20C or colder.
