All pre-paid tube bookings are non-refundable unless the tube park is closed due to very cold
weather or poor tubing conditions. If the tube park is closed, your booking can be transferred to a new date, a full credit can be
added to your account, or a refund can be processed minus the 5% processing fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
If you have booked and paid for a group, no refunds are provided if not everyone
in your group shows up.
If more people than you have booked and paid for show up to go tubing, we will do
our best to fit them into the same time period but we cannot guarantee space for the
extra people.
